Htmloverall, i'm impressed with the zune product.
In 2008 i purchased my own zune in okinawa, japan and fell in love with the product.
The sound quality is solely dependent on the quality of earbuds you use.
It came in the original box with the ear buds and ear bud pads unused.
Packaging/appearance
I've dropped it several times over the years and while it may have a few tiny scratches in the paint, it's never suffered any major damage.
Competitiveness
I now use my wife's ipod to listen to audiobooks.
