Don't waste your money on a fancy rice cooker, this one does the job just fine and is very affordable.
Now they want me to pay again for the same damaged one to send it back to me
May be it was refurbished product and they are selling it in new price.

My rice pot shipped and delivered fast.
The item has been delivered to the wrong address, this is the second time my walmart delivery has been sent to the wrong address.

It came with a spoon and cup and looks easy to clean.
Very nice looking when on your counter.
(i can't return it because i no longer have the box it came in).
And my box had clearly been opened before-- lots of damage and the tape had clearly been ripped off before and just haphazardly taped back.
Competitiveness
I bought an extra unit for our camper and the brand has once again surpassed my expectations.
I have never used a rice cooker prior to this one so i have nothing to compare it to.
So now i have a brand new rice cooker that does the same thing as my old rice cooker which i had to throw away and replace.
I have had other rice makers and this is just ok.
