Quality
The grill setting does work well, i made burgers and they were great.
The pellet grill is well built and operates smoothly.
After a year the metal in the inside of the burn chamber has allready rusted/burned through.
I had a much fancier pellet grill for a couple of week, it failed and i was able to return it.
Price
Overall: best on the market for the price (wait until it's on sale).
I'd highly recommend spending the $65 on a cover so it doesn't rust.
Disappointed, for the price of three grills.
You can buy them on amazon for less than $20

This arrived in a very timely fashion and was easy to assemble.
Com and arrived in 4 days, easy to put together in about 1 hour.

They are shipping me a new fan with instructions on how to install it.
Packaging/appearance
Adding the sear box was a snap and worth the extra expense.
Well packed, well made and simple assembly.
Something is not right, and unfortunately, i didn't keep the box, so i can't even return this unit.
Competitiveness
Highly recommend this grill over all the competition.
The ash dump slide valve works well and is much easier than getting the shop vac out every time you cook as suggested with other brands.
Its better than the low end traeger or other brand.
It has every thing i wanted in a pellet grill for several hundred dollars cheaper than its competitors.

If you have trouble with a brand new grill call the phone number provided with owners manual or better yet read it to learn how to operate the device

Not everyone that uses a product is competent in using the grill until they know how it works

It holds temperature and really smokes but that good smoked taste is not there

Tried ribs chicken sausage and pork loin smoked really good but taste like it came out of oven
